Trim, Crown Molding & Baseboards

The detail work that makes a home feel finished.

Whether we're painting your existing trim or installing new crown molding and baseboards, our finish carpenters and painters work together for clean miters and a smooth, glossy finish.

What's included

  • New crown, baseboard & casing installation
  • Caulking every seam and nail hole
  • Sanding between coats for a smooth feel
  • Semi-gloss or satin enamel finish

Why our trim & crown molding holds up

Trim, crown molding, and baseboards are the details that quietly make a home feel finished. Our trim and crown molding team installs new crown, casing, and baseboards with caulked seams and clean miters, then sprays or brushes a semi-gloss or satin enamel finish that holds up to bumps, cleaning, and years of use.

Spray vs. brush on trim — and why it matters

Brushed trim shows brush marks, no matter how skilled the painter. Sprayed trim is glass-smooth and feels different to the touch. Whenever possible we spray trim — either off-site (for new installs) or on-site with full plastic masking. For touch-up and rooms where masking isn't practical, we brush and roll with high-quality enamel brushes that minimize stipple. We tell you in the quote which approach we'll use for your project and why.

New crown, baseboard, and casing installation

Adding new crown molding or upgrading from short builder-grade 3-inch baseboard to taller 5-inch or 7-inch baseboard is one of the most underrated upgrades a Gwinnett County home can get. We measure, miter, install, caulk every seam, fill every nail hole, and finish with a sprayed enamel — start to finish in a single project rather than chasing a trim carpenter and a painter separately.
